Task
Developed the M.R.O Management System from scratch for Boustead Naval Shipyard, focusing on custom reports, real-time monitoring of task progression, and indicator status for critical projects. The system’s best features include a dynamic dashboard for tracking task status, inventory management with automated stock alerts, and personnel scheduling. We also integrated custom reporting tools that allow for detailed insights into equipment usage, repair timelines, and cost tracking. Real-time monitoring ensured that any critical delays or issues were flagged immediately, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency throughout the maintenance and repair process.
